General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online store revocation policy.
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. Statutory warranty rights apply to all items.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages in the event of intent, gross negligence or injury to life, limb or health. In the case of simple negligence, we shall only be liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

12. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final provisions
The law of Spain applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
