Right of return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for returns
Returns are only possible if the following conditions are met:
- The products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The goods are securely packaged for transport.
Returns of opened or used items are excluded.
Start of the return
The return is considered to have been initiated in a timely manner as soon as the shipment has been handed over to a shipping service provider within the 14-day period.
Shipping & costs
Returns are at the expense and risk of the customer. The shipping service provider can be chosen freely. We recommend a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection & refund
After delivery, the goods will be inspected to ensure that the return conditions have been met. If this is the case, the refund will be made within 5 business days via the original payment method.
For prepayment transfers, we ask you to provide your bank details to enable smooth refunds and fast processing.
