Our products are made from aloe vera plants that we grow, harvest, and process on our farm in Mallorca.
To make ordering as easy as caring for our plants, we’ve designed the ordering process to be clear, transparent, and straightforward.
Below, we’ll walk you through the ordering process step by step.
1. Select a product
Select the product you want from our range of aloe vera products in the online shop.
On each product page, you’ll find detailed information about:
- Ingredients
- Usage
- Origin of the aloe vera
- Cultivation and processing on our farm
Click “Add to Cart” to add the product to your cart with no obligation.
2. Review your cart
In the shopping cart, you’ll see a clear overview of the products you’ve selected.
Here you can:
- adjust the product quantity
- remove products
- view the total price of your order
If everything is correct, click “Checkout” to continue the ordering process.
3. Enter delivery address
In the next step, enter your shipping address or select a previously saved address.
We require this information solely to ensure your order is delivered reliably.
Your data is transmitted securely and treated confidentially.
4. Select shipping method
Now select your preferred shipping method.
All available shipping options and shipping costs are displayed transparently.
The total amount of your order is automatically updated so that you can see the full price at any time. Shipping within the EU is free for orders of €50 or more.
5. Select payment method
Several secure payment options are available for your order:
- PayPal
- Credit and debit cards (processed via PayPal)
- Google Pay
- Prepayment via bank transfer
There are no additional payment fees for you.
Payment processing is handled by established payment service providers with modern security standards.
6. Review your order
Before you complete your order, you will see a complete overview of all details:

7. Complete your binding order
By clicking “Buy Now,” you are placing a binding order.
Immediately afterward, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which lists all order details again.
8. Packaging and shipping
Your order will be prepared at our farm after we receive payment.
Our products are carefully and lovingly packaged before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email.

For product safety reasons, only unopened products can be returned.

All prices include statutory sales tax plus any applicable shipping costs.
